Emping

It is being made up of melinjo seeds that are being boiled and pressed into a stone cylinder to create a flat and round shape and after-which its being dried out in the sun on a bamboo weave tray. To cooked it simply deep-fry it and it could be served as a snack or as an accompaniment to Indonesian traditional dishes.
